ATT stinks big time. Dropped phone calls more than anyone on earth, lousy customer service. If you have a problem their reply is "too bad, you still have to pay". They took over Cingular and ruined it. The very same day it was switched i started having problems and couldn't wait til my contract was over to get the hell out of their hands. I also HAD TO disconnect my home landline because their charges were outrageous!! I am now with another company and pay over 50% less and I'm thrilled to be free from them!! It's a horrific abuse. It's legally stealing from you every chance they get. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE personal experience. I would recommend to anyone: get away while you are still sane! :-) I agree!! ATT stinks big time. Before they deregulated them I had phone bills up to $400 a month now with my new phone company never over $39.95. Their new advertising on TV makes me want to throw up.
