It is not "dead" though, but unfortunately there is not enough progress or regular activity for me to call Whistler in development. I do continue to work on both concepts and code as possible, and I do still hope to resurrect Whistler at some point. I have to say, though, that the remarkable lack of interest and contact I have had from interested parties does not bode well for Whistler's future.
